Weird Problem!! Please Help

I just bought a new pc.
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad Q660 @ 2.40GHz 2.39GHz
Intel Classic Seires DG35EC Desktop Boards
2.00 GB Ram
Windows Vista Ultimate x32

Its only the 4th day. I started having a problem from the first day. The pc suddenly restarts without shutting down, 10 - 15times in an hour, and then the monitor wont turn on. I have a 250v psu. It stopped 2days back, And from yesterday i started having a new problem. This is the third time it occurred. A blue screen appears for like 2/3 seconds and then the pc restarts. I only could read 2words in the blue screen.......crash dump 98% - 100% and then restarts. And when windows start again......windows shows a msg " windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown, windows can check online for a solution to the problem" and here is the details of the problem given there

do you mean 250watt PSU? if so, then you need at least a good 450-500 watt to handle loads. sound slike that's the issue, hope nothing has been damaged.

I'm going to buy a 450-500watt psu. Is dere any way i can find out if theres any damages ??

Don't turn your computer on again with the 250W, and you'll probably find out pretty quickly if something isn't working with the new PSU.

changed the PSU. Still problem. The problem's name is blue screen of death. Search google. I tried to fix it, not working. Help me!!

do a repair of the OS, if that fails do a reinstall. if that fails, let us know. hoping it is just that the drive did not write the data properly since the system was underpowered, and a repair will fix it with it getting the proper amount of power.
