Weird problems

It dosento work In IE nor FF I tried FF in safemode and it still wont display google.what do I do.

and CMD when I type "Ipconfig,ipconfig /all ,ping www.google.com they all say unknown command WTF??

I jsut pinged google thruoug my router and it worked. I scaned for spyware jsut erlier today and now i am doing a virus scan.


EDIT: google.com does not work but every other google thing does . like news.goog.com, or images.google.com works but google.com does not work.

Prolly just your ISP dealing with DNS issues. But you might check your HOSTS file to be safe.

try resetting your router (leaving it unplugged for like 5 minutes)

My firewall (Zone alarm) decides that google is teh evil every now and again.

The HOSTS file can redirect your web requests -- assuming you use Windows XP, it should be in WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC (it's just called HOSTS, no extension). Open it with Notepad... if there's anything below "127.0.0.1 localhost" without hashes in front of it, it probably needs fixing.

As for the CMD issues, the only thing I can guess is that your paths might have gotten erased somehow... try running those programs (ipconfig, ping, etc.) from the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory. (Get to c:, then type "cd\windows\system32".)
