WHAT ARE THE PROBLEM !!!!!!

i have just buy D-link switch DES-1008D


i try to plug the first PC into the switch but i notice that the LED is light orange ( the LED in my NIC not lighting)

then the 100/10 LED & FDX/Col LED blinking together (yellow color) for 5 min ( the pc tell me the cable not plug)

finnaly after 15min the 10/100 LED & FDX/Col LED alwayes lighting without any blinking ( the pc now detect the cable & its OK)

now the normal case with this cable both of the LED alwayes lighting yellow

but i try to plug another PC the FDX/Col LED is just lighting & its work OK

what wrong with this cable ( why usually LED lighting) , i try to change the NIC card & the RJ-45 but no different
