If you're really lucky, a desirable M4 might still be valuable in say 20 years. OTOH I suspect that depreciation on the X5M is gonna be pretty nasty despite low sales, but I've never priced out M-badged land barges.

Heat pump would be good too, for those handful of days when AC would be nice, and yeah, I guess a sauna would be cool too.
