depends. Some randoms will be blocks that others have already done. Some will be blocks that others have done, but haven't been sent in yet, and, therefore, you will get credit instead. . Basically, randoms suck, avoid them if possible. It screws both yourself, because you don't get all of yours credited, and it screws others, as the same for them...but its better than nothing at all!
