I think this is probably the 3rd or so of these I've answered so I'll do it again. Years ago when I used AOL (I'm better now though thanks) I tried using Thrasher. It was already in use. So I tried Thrashman, also in use. So I tacked on an extra letter and made it Thraashman. I later did the same for a hotmail account so that friends would remember it easier, and then I just used it for everything.

Too long of a story to put here. Short version is it is a compression of 3 nicknames I got during my Sr. year of HS, two of which came on the same weekend.

Taken from a tool lyric

"Not all martyrs see divinity but at least you tried"

slightly modified tenses to make sense as a nick.

Let's see...

Cerebus from the comic book Aardvark of the same name.

The 451 comes from my original online days as a AOLuser where Cerebus was already taken, so I tacked it on in deference to Fahrenheit451 from Bradbury.

it's from "get smart". they had a band on there called "the groovy guru and the sacred cows". They were trying to infiltrate a university and somehow take over the world for doctor claw.

the lyrics to their song are below.....

Well I'm from Canada and I do a lot of cycling. Came up with it for a cycling forum and have been using it ever since so I don't have to remember 100 different names.

I had a thread about this before. So, here it goes. I worked at Whole Foods Market in La Jolla, CA a few years ago. EVERY night two women (Mother and Daughter) came in right near closing at 10:00PM and bought a pound of ground beef. I sh1t you not. EVERY night! It pissed off the meat guys because they had everything put away. So, everyone started calling them the Hamburgerpimps. I guess I just stole the name for here.
