she's mouthy. He tends to put both paws on you and poke your hand, disturb whatever you are doing.

Humps my face.

Humps Ns1's face. It doesn't work. So then they all go post idiot drivel on ATOT. They have several very well known usernames. You'd be surprised . . . or maybe not. Naer is not one of them. Cats, after all, are smart.

When I was young I had a dog that loved to chew when she was a puppy, like most puppies do. She'd grab a book or a shoe or pretty much anything not nailed it down, worm her way in back of a sofa so she wouldn't be disturbed and go to town. If she had something we needed, like a shoe, we'd lure her out with treats so she wouldn't chew it up. Smart dog, took her about 2 repetitions of that to figure out that "take shoe = treat". So she'd grab a shoe and not even pretend to chew it. Just sit there in the middle of the room until somebody noticed it and traded a treat for the shoe. If we were not quick enough to suit her she'd move closer and closer to get noticed. If that still didn't work she'd twist her head and throw the shoe onto somebodys lap to get their attention. Not drop it on their lap, she actually learned how to throw shoes from a few feet away and she was pretty damn good at it.

LOL

My last pup was a golden retriever who unfortunately did not see her 5th birthday due to an aggressive cancer - when she was hungry she'd go and lay down by her food bowl, watch me and wait. If she needed anything else she'd come put her head on my lap. Sweet dog.

Same thing my retriever does, sorry about yours

I inherited mine from one of the kids, I had no idea how playful the breed is.

Technically not my pet but she's trying her very best to get me to adopt her!

I won't though. She's doing fine in her current way of life and my past pet history prevents me from even touching her (some goldfish, at least three budgies died either through direct fault of mine or bad luck, an abandoned kitten I was unable to save despite trying my best).

I just feed her large chicken bones, cartilage and fatty leftovers from my meals. She seems to enjoy them.

I'm guessing the dogs post on ATP&N

Almost a year ago I went to the shelter to look at an orange cat they had and to pick another, as I wanted two cats.

While going in the enclosure that had the orange cat this black cat kept coming in front of me and wanted to be pet and just seeking lot of attention from me. It kept coming up to me specifically too. Long story short brought both that black cat and the orange one home. Black cat is super close to me and always by my side, orange one is a bit more independent.

When the orange one wants attention, he lets me know though! Usually lot of meowing, and if I'm in bed he'll bite my feet.

Oso races over me, jumps on the furniture, turns, and stares me down. Most of the others walk up and nudge. Ruckus walks up and bites. Ruckus likes to bite; biting is the best.

The girl shepherd on the left brings her toys to you and drops them in your lap. Or she sits next to you staring you down until you give in. The black lab next to her is 80 pounds, but he can adjust his body to fit in any space no matter how small. The old girl shepherd lying down is aloof and protective, she just wants to keep you in sight. If she thinks she's going for a hike she'll nip at your ass or legs to prod you along. The brown mutt on the right will bury his head between your legs, most often when you are trying to poop or eat. It is a sad household lately because the black girl shepherd has incurable cancer and she's only 6 and might not make 7. The lab is fine, he just drools everywhere and eats anything edible including goose poop. The old shepherd is just old and she has arthritis, Tuesday she got synovetin injections in both elbows so she's radioactive for a few weeks. But she is almost 14 and won't be around too much longer. The dog on the right had back surgery and can't control his bladder or urinary output, so he wears a diaper any time he is in the house. He has wobblers disease which is starting to work it's magic on him.

It depends with Noesy.

It used to be that she would give a bark at us if she wanted to go outside (or respond as such if we asked). Now, when she wants out, she tends to annoyingly tap around our feet or stand and stare at us. Sometimes, if she wants to play, she'll grab a toy and drop it at our feet. She almost always wants pets, so she'll curl up next to you on a couch or a bed, and sometimes on the couch, she'll cry if you stop petting her, lol.
