Other than Samsung, who else makes removable batteries for any new phone? Seems like LG, HTC, and Motorola phones have all had non-removable batteries I think. So likely if any of these guys make the next Nexus, it'll also probably not have a removable battery like LG did with the current Nexus.
While no removable battery seems to be a manufacture choice, the no micro SD thing seems to be a mandate from Google, so that is obviously not going to happen unless Google makes a surprising change in attitude.
