That's sales not market share, Symbian hasn't had a new phone since 2011 so sales are based on phones years old and there hasn't been an update to Symbian since October of 2012. As for dumbphone Symbian sales I doubt they are much higher as I'm not sure if any are still being manufactured, and if they are still made and sold the base level smartphones over the last year or are quickly replacing dumbphones at the low end.
