That does not look like good eats.
Chicken tenderloins battered in Italian breadcrumbs and egg, and fried in olive oil? It's great! Even better if you cut it up and add it to a salad with tomatoes and Catalina dressing, but I usually don't want to work that hard.

Not gonna lie, it was phenomenal. I will absolutely be making these in the future. You feel extremely satisfied after eating one of those, especially if you like mopping up runny egg yolk with toast. Oh man.

I made spaghetti last night, with this instead of beef:

It was good, although the flavor took some getting used to. The beef substitute adds so many spices I'm not sure which spices to change in the spaghetti recipe.

I've tried their grilled chicken strips, it's shockingly close to real meat in both flavor & texture. Their "bleeding" (beet blood) burger is supposed to be rolling out more widely soon too.

Whenever we make a pan of Lasagna (with mild sausage & ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella & parmesan cheese), we can get 4 nights' dinner from it-- 2 consecutive nights, then I freeze the rest (to be eaten at some later point in time). Last night was the latter.

For dessert, we had Lemon Bars. This was my 2nd attempt (the 1st time was a fail). I used a Cook's Illustrated recipe, which I highly recommend. One suggestion though: Use parchment paper instead of foil.

I'm attempting to quell my sorrow with sugar. Glad I bought some, but I'm gonna be sick in the morning...already ate a few pounds of it.
It's hard being almost completely emotionless...cause the one time you feel, it's like getting hit by a truck and then having your skin peeled off while you lay completely broken and helpless.

Grilled unicorn fish with risotto and mussels. First time trying unicorn fish. Mild tasting fish but very good.

Cheesesteak. I found a place nearby that makes the best fucking cheesteaks I've had in the NYC metro area ever. It's such a waste of money, for delivery, an extra cheese double steak sandwich costs 19 bucks with tip. I'll be broke in a month. Fuckers!

Props to the cheesesteak! Looks yummy!

Making some kind or packaged meal from the frozen food section. It's a Tuscany meal with wine sauce and braised beef. It's really good.

I just had instant ramen with tabasco. Woke up at 10pm, and have been hungry since, and couldn't get back to sleep. Dinner was pit beef with lots of horseradish and some fries.
