Tonight, i have a "WestFriese schijf " (It is meat with all kinds of herbs and tastes great). Added with that i have some lettuce/carrot/white cabbage mixture and pommes Parisiennes (little fried potatoes of 23 to 30 mm in size).
But just now i made my jummy toast :
Brown whole wheat bread, Beemster ripened old cheese, salami, slices of paris mushrooms and slices of green paprika.
And then heated in the toaster for a few minutes untill the bread is toasted and the cheese is a bit molten.
The salami slices on the right of the sandwich, i fold to prevent the molten cheese from dripping out.
