Beautiful plating, but I think the sauce is a little dry, like you reduced it 10 minutes too much. Maybe thin it out with a touch of chicken stock.

11oz Center Cut Prime Tenderloins - Lightly crusted this morning with seasonings.

Rice (Greek style)
Some type of bread, haven't decided yet. Maybe Pita bread with Taziki.

Desert - Rhubarb cobbler using rhubarb picked yesterday!

Dirty rice. White rice, Turkey and corn mixed together. Simple, fast and cheap and not terrible compared to what I could eat. Plus it doesn't require a lot of dishes.

Ate early. Had Boca burgers with grilled mushrooms and onions, on English muffins. One had horseradish cheddar, and the other had smoked cheddar. Both had spring greens and El Yucateco black reserve sauce. Very pleased, but I'll need a snack later. I might make some bean dip.

I made chicken cordon bleu last night for dinner and it was fecking good. 3/4 of a stick of butter will do that though.

Not sure what we're having tonight. Didn't take anything out so either leftovers or take out. Maybe pizza?

I might have some monster cereal for dessert. I saw Boo Berry at Aldi yesterday, and I haven't had that in decades. It was always kind of rare. Count Chocula and Frankenberry were far more common. They had the other two also, so I bought all three :^D

I ate some of the Boo Berry yesterday, and it wasn't as good as I remembered. I'll see if the Frankenberry is any better.

Frankenberry was pretty meh also. I guess I'm just old :^(

Sausage pizza. And by sausage pizza, I mean cheese pizza with pieces of breakfast sausage on top, because apparently they had too much of that left over from this morning.

I made some pretty badass PA-dutch style, thick egg noodles, chicken and mashed potatoes. It was pretty awesome. Had my father and one of our cousins come over. A few shots of apple jack after dinner and then we sat by an outdoor fire a while. What a beautiful Sunday 'round these parts.

I hope everyone else's Sunday was equally awesome.
