What's going on with Telnap?

Telnap sucks. I paid for my membership, and did the whole "let us register your domain" thing... sure enough, they point the domain that they registered to the wrong nameservers, and now I'm stuck with using a ip address to use my hosting I pay for...

I've tried to contact them like 5 or 6 times about this and they never respond. I'm seriously pissed about this, especially since I can't go and register the domain name I want, as they already have, but won't let me change the damn nameservers...

I have this issue now as well. But I'm hoping to get it resolved pretty soon. I'm actually transferring everything to another host, but I need my FTP access to backup some items and make some adjustments to some things.

How come online support is never online? Also, the forums link on the site doesn't work. Hoping to hear back from them about the FTP password shortly. I really need this stuff.

Is Telnap having problems again? My site is currently down too. If Telnap does not keep its customers up to date about its outages and resolution plans soon, I will move my 3 web service to another provider.

Update: It's up now.
