Whats the best Tv tuner card

I am shopping to replace my AIW Pro with a Geforce, but I need a TV tuner now.
Looking for a PCI card that works in Windows XP.

Now whats the best card?

I had an Avermedia card that I used successfully in XP with the included software plus the freeware TV turner, D-something, can't remember it offhand. The performance from the card was ok. I kind of bought it on a whim, so I ended up returning it because I didn't really one.
