So I'm doing an internship in school, but I haven't been placed yet, so I get to hang out half the day. School started yesterday, so everybody has these shirts. I remember a picture I saw on realultimatepower.net depicting how to use a t-shirt to make a ninja mask, so I took out my t-shirt and did so. Got a strange look or two, and a few chuckles.
One kid looked at me and said 'You had better take that off. I hate ragheads.' Sensing hostility, I say 'I'm a ninja!' He says 'I don't care if you're Muslim, ninja, or what. I hate ragheads, you better take the off before I have to come over there and beat you down'.
He wasn't serious about beating me up (probably weighs a bit more than half of what I do), but I could tell he was serious about hating 'ragheads'.
Is 'beloved patriot' a potent racist word? Is it something I should be ****ing out? Anyways, what's with some people? How are they raised so that they see these people as inferior, and people worthy to the hated? What's going on in their head? :|
Update: Today I was in the lunch line. The kid behind me said 'Ah, <expletive>. They jewed me out of my chocolate milk." :| I live in a really racist town.
