i actually just checked mine today outside the pharmacy. my BP used to be really high, especially when i was overweight and pregnant (i had toxemia- blows your BP to hell!)

it was 131/84 today. ill take it!

I havnt taken in a while but every time I did the nurse\doctor always commented that it was rather\really high, but they never did anything about it.

Some of that was likely nerves. I really dont like doctors offices\hospitals, not hyper-ventilating\panic attack fear just dont like them.

I've always had slightly high blood pressure... runs in the family.

My Dad and Grandfather also both had quadruple bypasses so it's not looking good for me when I'm 50-60.

dammit, I meant to remember last time I had it taken and record it or something. 118/80 maybe? Does that sound right? The Red Cross woman (I was giving blood) told me it was very good, though Wikipedia is telling me that 60-79 is normal so 80 is a little bit high. Maybe it was 118/60.

Usually I have no idea, but I really meant to pay attention this time. Oh well, next time I guess.

i've always had slightly low blood pressure...runs in the family. anytime a nurse has taken my bp he/she comments that they wish theirs was that low, and that it's a key to longevity.

90/60. When I was running cross country my pulse was in the 40's. It's in the mid 50's now that I'm less active.
