I was just going to say 42 for that universal answer but didn't and was hoping it would just slide of the radar.

Not to be I suppose.

In reality about 29, would be lower but I think from degenerative disks and height shrinkage at an older ages it's boosted it as I've shrink at least an inch over the years.

Was probably about right on 20 when I was 30, but those days are gone.

When I got back from Thailand I weighed 185. Now? I'm nearly 200.

25.0, on the verge of being overweight. 5'5", 150lbs. But poutine is so good.

Wait, what option do I pick in the poll? I fall under 2 options. I just picked the 3rd option. When I go poop today it will change my weight enough so that my BMI lowers a bit.

Depends on how much junk food I've been eating lately. According to the linked calculator, it varies between 23.6 and 25.1...

I could stand to lose 10 pounds, but beer, pizza, and burgers cannot be avoided all the time.

I don't foresee myself ever getting under 28 on the BMI. But then again it is a rather poor and lazy method of gauging one's health.

Waist/Height measurement is a much better way of determining physical fitness level but even then it's not showing the big picture.

Also, it's well known that BMI is a load of crap because you can gain weight as muscle instead of fat.

BMI was originally meant to be used on a population, not on individuals. But for whatever reason, it was co-opted and misused as such.

Oh, and 26.3 for me. But it's mostly muscle.

18.8. I'm surprised it is actually that high.

That said, BMI is about the most useless thing ever as it does not take into account whether the weight is fat or muscle. In my case, my BMI is low and it is because I don't have a lot of either one
