Funny to see Chili Crisps are having a moment.
Used to be a staple at those cheap family run Chinese food places back in the day, just a big ass jar of fried red chilies in oil sitting on the table, all settled out so you have to dig into the crunchy fried chili flakes.
Now it's like $20 for a tiny ass jar of the stuff.
My wife swears by Momofuku brand chili crunch, and it's damn good, but I need to find some alternatives that don't cost their weight in gold.
