SoCal is the land of the salad bar, and I do like salads.
Souplantation has Joan's broccoli madness, generally I start with a bed of Chinese chicken salad, add more onions, maybe some Caesar on the side of the place, pile the Joan's in the middle, dowse it all with Balsamic.
I love a steak salad, spinach or greens, med rare 1/4 inch slices of steak, blue cheese bits and dressing.

I eat them, but don't care much for chicken on a salad. I know its a health protein, but chicken just does not match the flavor textures of salads, except maybe a Waldorf type.
