There's a few things to like...
-pretty flexible working hours (though they prefer you be there at least half the normal working day)
-posh office with concierge service
-free in office massages
-free lunches
-nap room
-wii in the lunch room
-free drinks on fridays
-its really tech-focused - about half the company is made up of software developers, so there's no idiot suits running the show.

Old job = all expenses paid grad school and free healthcare (everything), 6% match for 401k by company, OT if over 40 hrs even I was salaried, almost nothing to do in July and December (just showed up and got paid)
New job = 10 holidays plus 2 weeks of vacation plus 2 weeks of sick days (unlimit for accumuate) per year. All of those will get larger if you stay longer with the company. Job security. Free parking at downtown. Free to do whatever you like as long as assignments are done on time. Able to retire after 30 years with full salary and benefit.

OT over 40hrs is not a perk, it's required by the FLSA as long as you are a non-exempt employee (and just because you are paid a salary doesn't mean you are exempt).
