I love, love, love my new job! I finally quit Kroger and am working for a place called Meadoworks.

My boss is absolutely awesome. Genuinely compassionate, great sense of humor, generous as the day is long, and allows us to do our work without breathing down our necks.

There also isn't much of a dress code...so long as I don't look like a hobo...

I make my own schedule (I'm still in college so this makes a HUGE difference in the paycheck as opposed to scheduling @ Kroger)

If I find a project that I want to take under my wing, it's mine. If I have a kickass idea, it's heard AND honestly considered.

I can't really list all of the good things as I just love the place!

I share job reponsibilities with one other, and he is cool. when it's slow, I pretty much work if I want. When an emergency comes up with one of my side jobs, they are cool with me taking off. I can use any of the tools and the general contracting license, which will come in handy for the future new house construction.
