Since many of you are listing your body fat percentage, is there any way to find out what your body fat percentage is without using a machine or going to a doctor or something?
I bought one of these.
Not very expensive (cost me R270 here in SA), and tells you body fat %, water %, bone density and muscle percentage.
Do you have any idea about its accuracy level? I don't want to get something that I can use at home if it's going to be way off, but if it's fairly close it might be worth the money. Also, what brand and model is it, if you wouldn't mind telling me?

I'm short.
I'm a little "overweight" according to BMI.
