What's your neighborhoods "walkability?"

I think this list is created by the poor. I put in a Palm Beach address close to everything (unless you are looking for shitty food and stuff)...it came up only 75.

The parties there each night make the news almost daily.

They are probably looking for density of residential + commercial. Any neighbourhood that is dense in both + close to other city services would probably score higher. Rich neighbourhoods tend to have larger properties thus reducing the density.

I'm going to hazard a guess that a neighborhood that has news worthy parties nightly is probably not frequented by people who care about living without a car and as such I'd bet that some amenities are a bit more spread out.

That and the whole thing is probably fairly easy to game. An address only a half block away could include within its radius a shopping center that the previous didn't and get a bigger score.

And really if it was a poor person tool why are the top cities such expensive cities?
