From the time I leave my home until I time in at work = 1hr 15m more or less. From the time I time out at work until I step into my house pretty much the same. Commute is public transport: to work = walk to bus stop, bus the metro station, metro to stop closest to office, 5m walk to office. Home trip = reverse. Monthly transport pass = €79/mnth.

30-35 minutes to work, 35-45 minutes home. I miss my 15-20 minute commute.

I went from 35-55 min to my current commute. Since the change I've occasionally had to drive my old one at 4pm and I hate it. If I had to go back to doing it at 5pm I think there are equal chances of me: dying form a heart attack, murdering some ahole driver, or surviving it

3x a week I work from home - so roll out of bed. The other 2x I commute 50 miles without traffic.

It took me about a year and a half to settle into the new drive. Been doing it for three. Found that if I don't watch the clock it's a lot less stressful. Thank Jeebus for flex time.

Moved originally into my house because it was close to my job I previously had last year which I was at for about 3 years. It was no traffic to the job as i lived outside of the city and was going even further out. Which means counter flow to the traffic heading into the city. It was literally 15 minutes away tops.

Now I work in the city. Without traffic I can get to my work in just under 25 minutes. However, there is going to be traffic every day going into the city during work hours. Which means it typically takes 60-90 minutes each way now. Sucks bad donkey butt now.

I can't imagine that type of drive. My threshold for not going nuts is about 40 minutes. Anything regularly more than that and I would have to move or find a closer job.

yah it sucks, but could be worse I guess. Some days the traffic is light enough to make it in 45 minutes. But usually it's closer to 60 minutes. Leave the house at 7 to be there at 8, get off at 5 to be home at 6.

Then again I used to do 90 minute commuting everyday to school in high school. So used to it

About 5 minute drive here. Maybe 10 minutes if I stop at Timmy's on the way. I typically do when I start at 7am or pm but not when I start at 8 as it's too busy and too much traffic in general. At 7am there's practically no traffic. Distance is 2.2km according to Google maps. I walked it a few times too on cooler summer days where I don't have to worry about being too sweaty.
