when are Penryns based chips out?

Penryns based chips exact date release and can anyone remind me what does that model # with 8MB around 360$?

I read the quad cores are delayed to February or March. Something like that. The dual cores are due out January 20th I think.

While we are on this topic, worth waiting a month for the new 45nm core chips? I don't know how the projected pricing will stick.
