About what? Can you show a list of bugs that you need fixed in Vista that aren't currently available via Windows update?
This whole service pack concept started before Windows Update pushed critical fixes down to users as needed. At this point they are a convient placemarker to add new functionality and provide a roll-up of all older patches.
But without providing a list of what fixes or new functionality you're expecting, it's hard to see why it would make anyone feel better.

If you look at what was promised at the 03 PDC and yanked by the 04 PDC you'll have a good idea what I meant (WinFS, Castle, Pathguard API not making into RTM, etc). Don't get me wrong, I like Vista and I generally recommend it, it's a good solid evolution to XP I just wish a couple more of the things on the cutting room floor had made it.

I've read about a certain Preview Pack, from TheHotFix. It contains a number of official and unofficial KB's for Vista. I've never tried it so far but some of the fixes in there are surprisingly significant, making me wondering how could a final version ship with such bugs and not get fixed during all of the public beta availability and internal testing.
