I been looking in diferent forums such as bussines forum, tecnology, general interest, etc but there are few answers. I would like to assemble a panel for a monitor. But make the panel is not available to everyone, we know that LG makes the cameras to the new iphone, Samsung makes panels for Dell, and the iphone processor. One of the most expensive components is the processor 4 iphone and it is only cost 10.75 dollars. So where should I send and ask to make a product that I want? I do not think that at some warehouse or workshop around here can do so just. It is certain that you need good investment, but did not even know where to start asking about this. I sent an email to samsung by doubts but they told me otherwise. So the question is that forum, website, facebook group or (whatever) ask this?
I await your answer. Thank you very much.

Your two options are either: Build your own, or convince a current manufacture that there is a market for the panel you need.

Coherent sentences and being an established company with a vision may be the only way for the latter.

What country is your company located in?

Entrepreneur.com has some useful information. See http://www.entrepreneur.com/startin...ionscolumnisttamaramonosoff/article80678.html

ThomasNet (http://www.thomasnet.com/) provides a database of thousands upon thousands of manufacturers, including those specializing in prototyping.

To protect your invention, consider the followins:
1. Get an NDA in place with any manufacturer before delving into the details of your invention. The NDA should specify that all rights in the invention are reserved, and that no license is granted to to the receiving Party. It should also indicate that if the receiving Party uses the disclosed information for other than a specifically delineated purpose (defined in the agreement), than the receiving Party is in breach of the contract and may be sued for any and all remedies available. Such remedies would include, for example, monetary damages and equitable remedies such as an injunction.

2. File a provisional patent application on your invention in the U.S. If you are a truly small company, you can claim small entity status and the filing fee will only be $110.00 US (as of August 20, 2010). Of course, you should consider hiring a patent attorney to draft the document for you (cost ranges from $1000-10,000 or more depending on complexty). The USPTO website (www.uspto.gov) has a list of registered practitioners, if you decide to go that route. I can provide a practitioner referral too, if necessary (and no, I would not recommend myself. My background is in chemistry/materials science, and you would need someone with an engineering background).

"The problem is wich company should I send this? How?

Do some research (e.g., on google, thomasnet, or through another resource), and identify companies that are likely to build things like your invention. Call them and explain (in general terms) what you are looking for. If they can' help you, ask if they know any companies that specialize in what you are looking to have done. Wash, rinse repeat. Eventually, you will find what you are looking for. It might take some time, but you will get there.

"Where?"
Location (of fabrication) depends on a number of factors, including cost, quality, and incidental risks such as theft of IP. Chinese companies are an obvious choice as to cost, but quality and IP theft are a concern. Both of those issues can me minimized with appropriate contracts and oversight.

"I mean we are a small company but we don't have enough presupposition to buy the machines and all that.'

Not to worry. All the major electonics companies in the world were, at one point, in the same position you are now. Apple, Intel, Sony, etc. were not always multinational giants. What you need are contacts in the industry. You can get those in a couple of ways.
1. Contacting as many folks in the industry yourself and asking for help; 2) contacting a company that specializes in product development, and asking them for some guidance; or 3) hiring a consultant that specializes in prototype development in a particular country of interest. Numerous other ways are available. Don't overthink "how" to do something at this point. Make some calls and ask for help. Just don't "open the kimino" (so to speak) and show all of your goods to anyone, until you have at least a valid confidentiality agreement in place. And if you start dealing with companies in countries that have a flexible interpretation of "property," make sure you work with someone who clearly understands the pitfalls and customs in that jurisdiction.

EDIT: Some companies you might want to try calling: http://www.thomasnet.com/products/electronic-prototypes-63752000-1.html
