Where to buy cheap keyboard/mouse?

looking for a new keyboard and new optical mouse. don't care about quality. just need them to work
the cheapest i have found so far is aopen's keyboard/mouse combo at newegg for $22 with shipping. Wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper deal at other places. Thank you for your help in advance.
