I'd recommend the Hipix. The Hauppauge one is considered crap and not really even in the running. Both the Hipix and AccessDTV have advantages and disadvantages. I got the Hipix, mainly because its open-source, meaning probably better support in the future, plus you can directly convert the saved Hi-Def videos to other formats. The main disadvantage to the Hipix is that you can't run it in a window - full screen only (via vga passthrough cable).
