Personally, I'd much rather live in Canada. Now if it was Texas or North Korea I'd probably have to give the nod to Texas.

This. North Korea is about the last place on earth I'd want to live. It competes with some of the shittier African countries, and would possibly win solely on the weather. I think at that point though, I'd just become stateless, or maybe try to get in a Norwegian jail. That would definitely beat those choices.
