Which DDR for P4S333 board oc'd

Good afternoon,

I just purchased a p4 1.6a and Asus P4S333 and am curious which brand and amount of memory to purchase?
I usually play mmorpg's and surf with my box. I plan to o/c. My budget is about 165.00 give or take a little. I am curious if I should go with 256mb of pc2700 or 512mb of pc2100? Mushkin, Corsair, or Crucial? All have pretty good track recrods, just looking for any thoughts or ideas...

well, if you go with crucial pc2100 ddr memory, you might get samsung chips on your memory like i did instead of the usual micron chips. im really not sure if that's a good or bad thing. right now, my Athlon XP 1700+ @ 1628 (11x148fsb) seems to be running fine with the most aggressive memory settings in the bios.

i was abit worried that the samsung crucial mem was going to hamper my overclocking, but it doesnt seem to be affecting it one bit.
