Which motherboard?

After a long and hard research, I've finally narrowed down my options to 2 motherboards.

MSI Z77A-G43

Pros: Perfect colour coordination for my desktop. I have a side-window and vents so it does matter. Full ATX.
Cons: OC'ing related issues, not sure if its supposed to be a deal-breaker... limit on max voltage, voltage automatically increases with multiplier increase.

ASRock Extreme4

Pros: Very solid OC'ing motherboard. 8+4 power phase design.
Cons: Hardly suits the colour coordination of my desktop, dark brown PCB, yellow caps and blue Sapphire 6850? ughh... Not a Full ATX board.

Are there any other better options in the following list?

I would choose the Gigabyte Motherboard GA-Z77X-D3H
One reviewer wrote "Auto Overclock is great. I did not have to do any thing. I installed G.SKILL F3-1866C10Q-32GAB 32GB (4 sticks), Intel i7-3770K with stock cooler, add 4 more SATA ports (make 12 SATA ports) and set everything to Auto, except for XMP to Profile2, Extreme Performance, and Expert RAM timing. The board automatically creates overclock to 43 multiplier and 103 base clock. This board is now running very stable @4.4Ghz and overclock my 32GB RAM to 1922Mhz (instead of the RAM rating 1866Mhz). If you have Win8, make sure to update BIOS to 17f (beta for Win8). That's what I did. The 3D BIOS is quite convenient for auto overclocking. You can use ET6's Autotune feature in Win7/8 and it will crank up everything. Mine was cranked up to 46 multiplier and 104 base clock. This is too hot for stock cooler"

Sounds like a great board. I use many gigabyte boards in my builds so I know they are dependable and the customer service has always been good to me. And the color scheme looks like it will fit in with your desktop. The black pcb board with the blue heatsinks ought to go well with your blue sapphire 6850!
