Which of 4 monitors?

It's time to get a new monitor, which would you choose? I came up with the list from reading lots of posts, tech reviews, viewing each in person, and mfg's general reputation.
All monitors have digital input, will be connected to a 9600 Pro.
Any comments/suggestions appreciated.

1. Sony SDM-X73 $510
2. Dell 1703FP $530
3. Samsung 173T $510
4. Viewsonic VP171B $520

I am leaning towards the Sony.Anything I should watch out for on any of these?
No coupons/codes were figured on prices, used NewEgg exc. Dell.

We put 4 Sony SDM-X73's on a process system at work and I wish I had one at home. It's an awful good monitor.
