which OS

getting my new system tuesday from NEWEGG..A64/4000 on a ASUS A8N-SLI Premium with 2 gig of memory..I have XP now should I use a different OS or stay with xp?

this is the question to ask.
if you are mainly going to play games, stay with XP. most other OSes only support a few games.

you could always dual boot if you want to try out another OS

Dual boot of XP and Fedora Core works for me.

For nethack, NetBSD is great.
