not true. most people no matter the race find whites attractive. maybe it's because they're subjected to what society deems as attractive through media.
just look at all the black athletes and movies stars who have white SO's (Tiger, Seal, Quincy Jones, RG3 come to mind).
personally for me, i find whites and latinas (non-mexican, or at least not the ones that are 4'10" and 150#) almost equally attractive.

most people do not find these features attractive. smaller noses are more attractive. long silky hair is more desirable. again, most, not all people.
