I'm conservative and used to enjoy watching Foxnews. That was when they actually had real news without the liberal slant. Then they decided they could get more ratings by just spewing garbage for the right-wing masses, and they stopped being a legitimate news channel. I can't even stand to watch the faux news channel anymore......

I can't stand any of the TV news channels, but I do find Fox to be the most shamelessly biased. I mean, there's unconscious political leaning to be expected from any news source, but then there's flat-out ridiculous spinning-to-your-face one half step from lying that is Fox News.

and all those idiots at night are terrible (o'reilly, hannity, colmes, etc)...they just book guests that they can disagree with, have them say a few words, then cut them off and interrupt them so the host can give their opinion.

Yes, Fox News is biased. So is CNN. Just because they are biased to different sides doesn't mean that one side is news and the other side is trash. Both are news channels, they just report it from a different perspective.

People generally align with news outlets that tell them what they want to hear. Do you see any conservatives reading DailyKos? What about liberals reading WorldNetDaily? Didn't think so.

Man... there's nothing wrong with Fox News having a conservative slant in its commentary shows. But trying to deny that is ludicrous. The format for Hannity and "Liberal to be Determined" is not something Fox came up with. CNN used the same format for many years on Crossfire.

You seem to think "common sense" means "shares my viewpoint."

Fox News has a conservative slant. That's something even most conservatives are willing to admit. That's not the problem with Fox News. The problem with Fox News is the same as the problem with CNN - it's TV news. It all sucks. It lacks depth, and it is dumbed down.

So its only propaganda if it has a conservative slant? Why is it ok for a station to have a liberal bias? Wait a sec... I think I understand now. Your just one of those guys that can't accept, or respect, the fact that people will sometimes disagree with you and that their opinions can be just as valid as yours. No matter how much you disagree with them.

There is no such thing as an unbiased news source. You just have to pick which ever one you enjoy the most and take everything that is said with a grain of salt.

You watch your propaganda and I'll watch mine.

Anyone who thinks that any of the major news channels (or hell, any news source at all) aren't biased in some way, is delusional.

With that said, I don't really like any of them. I'll scan through CNN a bit (they have a few hot women anchors)...I pretty much never watch Fox (Kiran is nice in the morning though, but I am never awake then), and I think I like MSNBC ok.

Anyway... I don't like or dislike Fox any more than other news stations. I can't watch them for too long because there's too much bullsh!t and commercials. I use the Internet instead where I can seek out what I'm looking for more easily.

I hate all the big cable channels news outlets. They are all sensationailist BS. I get sick watching chopper coverage of some mentally deranged guy running from the cops. Also the fake outrage, and support of either the left or the right are completely sickening. No one reports very matter of factly anymore. NPR is the closest I've ever heard.

Fox News is the official outlet for propaganda from the RNC (republican national committee) and the Whitehouse. All of their talking points are followed in lock step by likes of Rush, Hannity, O?Reilly, Coulter, Michael Savage, Laura Ingram et al. (ad infinitum, ad nauseam)
I?ll bet that most of the people that buy into ?FoxNews? have never had an original thought.
I?d like to see what would happen if they were forced to turn off the television/radio and had to really think.
