I saw a guy who had been to every Olympics since like the 1960's. So, he goes, if no one else.

I went this year. Also went to Torino in 2006. Just a normal fan from the USA, no ties to athletes, sponsors, anything. It capped an almost 3 week trip to Europe. Had a great time.

I can say that Russia treated us very well, whole experience was very positive.

My grandmother goes to the olympics usually any chance she can, she volunteers at the villages.
