Another negative portrayal of P and N :disgust: What a suprise. Most options portray the voter as a bad/shady character.

What about this option: I'm here to see what other intelligent people in America are thinking. This may not be representative of the whole American public; but there are a lot of intelligent people here. Much less than I can say for OT. Any discussion of current events or political events turns into a call for genocide. They are sheep. This is where people with real brains and concern reside.

I come here for a variety of reasons.

Like Proletariat said, you can see what a lot of people who take the time to think seriously about the state of the world are thinking about it.

You get to see both sides of an issue.

I get a lot of good and some bad links to information and opinions from the debates.

I like to learn something new every now and then to keep the old brain cells from dying off completely.

I spend most of my time talking to teenagers, it's nice to talk to other grownups about something other than the newest nudist music video.

I like to occasionally give my opinion on topics just to throw in a new perspective or bit of information into the debate, but I don't put a lot of effort into trying to argue with anyone or change their mind about something. I do at times in real life because the person I am talking with knows me and gives my opinion on a matter the weight and respect they feel is appropriate. It doesn't work that way as often in a forum like this.
