Why do I "kill" threads

I have noticed that I often kill threads. By this I mean I am the last poster or second to last poster. It happens in long threads and short threads.

Is this just a perception I have, or is it possible I really do something which kills the threads?

I kill threads a lot.

I think its that my post is SO GREAT and AMAZING that everyone else thinks its just too great to reply to.

At least thats what I tell myself.

You are not alone. Lots of times I've typed out some really long, thought out response (OK, a paragraph, but still) only to have no one reply afterwards. It's just something that happens. Now watch, no one else will respon, just to spite me

Plus I create threads that don't get a lot of attention. I mean, I thought it was either interesting/funny or wanted to share it with everyone else.

NEVAR!!! I am the ultimate thread killer!!! Seriously, if you're bored enough, do a search for posts by author with my nick...and you'll see that I am often the Thread Killa!!!
