Why is my computer restarting?

OK here is the deal. I have a MSI Pro turbo lite with a 700 MHZ TB. It has 192 MB of RAM, 40 GB HD, SB PCI 64, ZOOM PCI modem, ZIP Drive. Anyway, I'm running W2K and it has been restarting without notice. I did have a Network card in it and at the bluescreen it told me something like driver is not equal or less than and it listed NVdis.dll. I thought if I took out the network card out it would be fixed. I did have all different components but the processor, PSU and MB and it still persists. I know it's not the MB, since it's a replacement from a Pro-2a that sh!t the bed. The PSU is a sparkle 265w. I guess it's either the PSU or the processor. What do you guys think?

Sounds like maybe its a video card driver problem. You have an nivida card? try and grab the latest drivers from www.nvidia.com

you check the Event Viewer, it has logs of what crashes in the system....Sounds like it could be the PSU....

and for the IRQ LESS...... unistall then reinstall that driver...it normally helps...

Could be any number of things. I have had problems where the file causing the IRQ_NOT_LESS error is completely unrelated to the actual problem. Don't get stuck on that, that's all.

It could be a power problem, especially if it came up out of nowhere. I had problems with the voltage regulators on my last motherboard, and that's pretty much a terminal illness.

Just keep trying reinstalling drivers or swapping out hardware, you'll find it eventually.

I had a problem with random reboots every time I went on line. I moved my pci zoom 56k to a different pci slot and now it works fine.
