Will adding radeon x550 help me?

Will adding radeon x550 help me? I have a radeon HD 4890 graphics card if I add this other one will it do anything? Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question but Im a but confused here.

Wont do anything at all for you, crossfire requires two cards of the same chipset to work.
IE: 7970 can crossfire with a 7970,7950,7870 Tahiti.
