Win 2K error

I'm hoping someone can help me out with an error a customer of mine is receiving... Error: "EXCEED STORAGE LIMIT". The customer is running Win 2K and we are an Exchange 5.5 admin. The custmor is attempting to send email however, she keeps getting the above error.

I'm pretty new to this admin position so any help would greatly appreciated.

It sounds to me like she has exceeded her storage limit. I don't know anything about Exchange, but I think you can set quotas for the maximum amount of email you can save. Tell her to try and backup and delete some email messages. Maybe wait and see if someone who actually knows Exchange. I'm just guessing.
