Windows 2000 Professional Blue Screen Crashes

Thought i left those when i left windows 98, but doesn't seem like it, for the past couple of days i have gotten a nice variety of blue screens ranging from:

IO System Verification Error

WDM Driver Error 207

IRQL_Not_Less_or_Equal

*.sys file has used too much memory or something like that

some system files that have been showed are:

hal.dll
ndis.sys
cdr4usd.sys
ntglm7x.sys
fastfat.sys

Tried using VERIFIER.EXE but all it did was make my comp feel like a 486 and occasionally crash on startup.

My system setup is:

Duron 850@1030 10x103
MSI K7T-Pro 2A
256mb Crucial PC133 CAS2
Voodoo3 3000 AGP
Santa Cruz
Adaptec 29160
Linksys Ethernet 10/100

Running at 105 degrees F at most
Got all the latest drivers, except for the bios, i'm running the overclockers bios for the voltage...anyone got any clue? thanks in advance...

Try running the CPU at 850 ( spec ). It sounds like you are having driver timing issues. Possible corruption has resulted. This is where I would start.

What is the sys file that the hook is being caught at? There is a line that will show that when the blue screen kicks.

Drexel, I read somewhere that irql messages relate to tcp/ip problems. I've been getting the same bsod's all of a sudden with win2k, and then installed winnt and still cant surf for more than 5 minutes without this crash. Everything was great for 6 months but no longer for some reason. I tried a different nic (cable modem) but that didn't resolve it either.
