This happens when I startup my computer and at other random times. Usually when idleing.
.bat is the extension used for batch files. Sounds a little suspicious, I would check for Spy Ware (Use Spybot S&D) and do a virus scan. Failing that check you autoexec.bat file on the root of the C: drive.
