Windows Protection Error

Hi Anybody !

I'm using this Windows 98SE, I just had happening this carlessly in one Registry File deleted it one, so after reboot the System and it appear Windows Error Protection, Got em me in this Hang No Go In Windows, Stuck ? Did attempt in a way using Boot Floppy Disk no able registry ? nor Safe Mode Windows 98 Registry back up already and still no to go for Luck in Windows 98.

Do you have any idea to save restore ? Anyhow ? Convince them eliminate the problem on Windows Protection Error.

with your boot floppy, have you tried restarting in MS-DOS mode then using scanreg /fix or scanreg /opt command getting an old "perfect backup copy" then restarting Windows??

Yea, Its' been all resolved Windows Protection Error Gone, Alike Your has suggested me to use the Boot Floppy Disk and Scanreg.

Did First Thing Reboot Pc System and Boot Floppy Disk then A:\ Dir look upon on Scanreg isn't there then My Type C:\Windows\Command then Type Scanreg it appear it there and scan and nothing there but had noticed

View Backup and saw it one Old Registry file, whew its last time I backed up date 02/11/01 Windows System Information Registry backup, so

Click Restore it then Reboot Pc its snap entering Windows 98 solved it, First Time ???? Thanks For Help !

Heheh.. I used to get that error all the time when I had my K6 OC'd too far..
