windows xp startup "wrong password" message

hey there

i as wondering how i could change the wrong password message in XP. the message goes soemthing liek this:

Did you forget your password?
please type your password again.make sure to use the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.

im sure if you use resource hacker or something you could get it... im pretty sure ive seen themes that had different messages for that...
