I do know that with winXP, normally it picks it up immediately, but for routing purposes, does that hold true still??
I have a cable router, with three computers that I would like to hook it up to. Two systems have WinXP, and one is ME. Is it necessary to designate IP addresses and subnet masks within the TCP/IP settings??
Especially since I have gone through the WinXP network setup wizard???
