Winxp drivers?

i just installed WinXP RC 1 and i booted up my CS, and to my shock it no longer supported OpenGL mode. So i went and downloaded the 12.90 win 2k drivers, extracted them, and chose to upgrade my display driver. I chose to specify a location, but for some reason winxp says it can't find any drivers in that folder... so what's going on? i can only play direct3d now with the drivers that came with xp...

Everyone is having problems with that. There is some program that fixes it up for you!
If i find it anywhere again, i will let you know.

Download the 12.41s from Nvidia

Its self extracting and will do everything for you.

If you have problems with the refresh rates, you will need to grab Windows 2000 NVidia Refresh Rate Fix 1.40 build 148. That will need to be run in Windows 2000 compatibilty mode to work properly.

That worked for me.

I installed the 12.90 drivers without any problem in WinXP.

I wonder why people are having trouble
