This is real. A couple months ago, there was a big fuss about the page being up because of the levy affair. He's changed it around quite a bit since then.

I would think that the position would require some background in politics and clerical duties.

For example, it's requested at the bottom of the page to:
*Please give some educational background information. i.e. year in school, educational goals or major (if in college), and particular government related interests.

Also, it appears to be an intern position which may/may not provide a full salary (you may just receive a bursary following your time with Condit).
