I am laughing now. It was late and I was tired and l saw a pic of what looked like a big black paddle type thingy and saw the weight as 1/3 of a pound and huge in size. And that thought just stuck in my head as true.

You're correct. I think it's been a while since the last BOC IIRC.

While the BOC is not guaranteed, there did happen to be one in the last WootOff. It appeared at 11:17AM

There was a BOC in the one in June, at 11:17 like I said. I thought that was the latest WootOff, but it turns out there was also a WootOff in August that I forgot about that did not have a BOC.
